Many farmers identify a single issue they believe is important for improved performance. Such examples are reproductive performance, high incidence of lameness, high incidence of metabolic disease, drop in production at particular time of year.

A 4 step programme as outlined below will be set up to achieved improved performance of the identified issues. A critical part of this programme is the constant review process.
